Workout profiles on iTouch and iPhone

One of the coolest little functions of the iTouch and iPhone, is the ability to display lyrics, and we have taken advantage of this ability to have the Weekly Workout displayed directly on you screen so you no longer have to download and print out the .pdf file.

Instead all of the info from elapsed time, to RPE and what you are to be doing will show up right on your screen.

Simply select which Cadence Revolution show you wish to workout out to and the information will be displayed (if you do not see the Weekly Workout displayed simplky tap the screen to activate) and you can follow the workout by scrolling down as you exercise.
